About Our Bootcamp
The Bootcamp was guided by the principles of non-formal education, an approach that recognises the value of experiential learning and active participation. The program combined various interactive methods, including:
Learning by doing: hands-on activities and real-world simulations;
Interactive workshops on leadership, intercultural communication and project management;
Digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration and improve project design.

Being part of the “Leaders of Tomorrow” bootcamp has been a unique experience. It helped me strengthen my qualities and skills as a youth leader and in guiding groups. It was truly enriching to learn from others and discover different ways of leading.
